Verified skills · Zimbabwe
New technology that makes skill provable.
PULSE binds verified skills records, evidence-led hiring and accredited training into one trustworthy rail — connecting workers, employers and training institutions across Zimbabwe.
Free for Android
Three portals, one system.
Skills Passport for people, TalentHub for employers, and EduLink for training institutions. Each stands on its own, and each is stronger connected to the others.
Friction, designed out.
One passport, three views.
A member builds it on their phone. An employer hires from it. An institution adds to it. One Skills Passport underneath all three.

What a member actually gets.
The passport is the spine. These are the parts of PULSE that fill it in, and they are free for individuals.

Four steps, from claim to proof.
A skill enters the system as a claim. What happens next is what makes it worth something.
Build your passport
Add your skills, work history and training. Every skill starts as a claim, and PULSE says so.
Get verified
Pass a skill test and the claim carries a verified badge. Marked on our servers, so it cannot be forged.
Get discovered
Verified members appear first. Signals bring the work to you.
Win work
Completed jobs and reviews feed back in. The work you win is evidence for the next.

Trust is engineered in, not bolted on.
A verified record is only worth something if it cannot be faked. Every layer is built on that assumption.
Graded on the server
Marking never runs in the browser.
Every tier is labelled
Claimed, tested and verified are shown as different things.
Verification is traceable
Every badge and certificate records who issued it.
Full audit trails
Every change is logged. Disputes settle with evidence.
What is true today.
PULSE is early. These figures are read live from the platform rather than written into the page, so they are whatever they actually are.
Four ways onto PULSE.
Individuals join free and immediately. Service providers, employers and training institutions apply — because being listed on PULSE means something, and we check.
Common questions.
What does verified actually mean?
A verified skill is backed by something PULSE can point at: a skill test marked on our servers, a certificate issued by an accredited institution through EduLink, or completed work with client reviews in Workspace. A claimed skill has none of that yet, and the passport says so plainly.
Does PULSE issue national qualifications?
No. PULSE Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a private platform. It records claims, skill tests, certificates from accredited institutions and completed work — it does not issue state credentials and does not represent any government authority.
Is there an app?
Yes. The PULSE Skills Passport app is free on Google Play for Android phones. On an iPhone or a computer, use PULSE in the browser at app.pulse-skills.org — it is the same account and the same record.
What if I run out of data?
PULSE sends alerts by SMS and WhatsApp, so you still hear about work that fits you when your data bundle runs out.
Can PULSE integrate with the systems we already run?
Yes. The platform exposes APIs designed to connect with the HR, payroll and learning systems you already run, so a certificate or verification issued in your system lands on the member’s Skills Passport.
What does it cost?
Free for individuals, always. Employers and training institutions apply for a portal, and we price against the size of the organisation. Talk to us and we will be straight with you.
Let’s build the workforce Zimbabwe deserves.
Whether you hire, train, or simply want your own skills to count for something, we would love to hear from you.
